It serves more than 100 million users across 250,000 customer organizations and repositioned itself as an AI-first canvas where teams plan, co-create and prototype with AI assistants and automated workflows. In September 2026 Bending Spoons agreed to acquire the company at a $1.355 billion enterprise value.
