Mustafa Suleyman is the CEO of Microsoft AI, the division that builds the company in-house MAI model family and the Copilot assistant. He co-founded DeepMind in 2010, led applied AI and policy work there, and later founded Inflection AI before joining Microsoft in 2024. He is the author of The Coming Wave and a vocal proponent of what he calls humanist superintelligence.
